Many congratulations to Lion Ray Stephens on recently receiving the Lions International Presidents Medal.
This award, the second highest annual individual Lions award, is in recognition of Ray serving for nine years as District Health and Safety Chairman, and his contribution to our District.
It was presented by Past International President, Jim Ervine. Jim, from Atlanta, Georgia, was guest speaker at the Multiple District Convention, and took time out of his very busy schedule to visit local charity Baby Lifeline, and of course Ray!
