IT’S OFFICIAL - SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN!!

Santa’s annual visit to Balsall Common with the Lions has been as much a part of the local Balsall
Common Christmas tradition as turkey, mince pies and mistletoe.
He has already had hundreds of letters from children around Balsall Common, and he and his
reindeer are almost ready for their busiest night of the year. But before Christmas, he has kindly
agreed to drop in on his sleigh to see you all.
When Santa comes to your street, we hope you will join in the fun, whatever your age, and say hello,
or give him a wave from your window. Help us to spread some Christmas goodwill in our
community, and at the same time, raise funds for charitable causes. Last Christmas you helped us to
raise over £6,000 which went towards many local, national, and international projects. As well as
our regular collections, you can always donate to our Christmas Charity Collection , here :

The Santa Run starts on Friday, 15th December, and works through most evenings until Saturday
23rd, December. Plus, Santa and his helpers will also be in the Balsall Common village centre on
Saturday 16th December, and on Christmas Eve – just before he starts his really big round of
deliveries!

We will have a fantastic tow vehicle from our good friends at Unity Automotive - Coventry
(Carstins). Plus, there will be help, from all of Santa’s elves – Lions, volunteers, and supporters –
knocking at your door.
This is a special time of year to share and celebrate together, and we hope you will enjoy this event,
and that it will signal the start of a very happy festive season for you.

We look forward to seeing you when we join Santa on his sleigh route, (and in the meantime, should
you need to contact our organisers on our Social Media Pages.
